"Martha's Magic."
"Martha's Magic" is the term clients use to describe the transformation process that occurs when an installation begins.
We can deliver and install a typical senior community in as little as six days, if necessary. Competitors often take twice as long.
Using a disciplined, systematic approach, the team incorporates cross training and a coding and keying system for major furniture items.

The real "magic" takes place inside the community, when seemingly overnight, an empty building of barren walls and bare floors comes to life. After the carpets are down and the wallpaper is hung, a spirit is lit. When the furniture, with its custom fabrics and finishings is installed, a sense of character begins to develop. Finally, we hang the artwork, place the accessories and a home and community is born.

A Focus on Details and Efficiency
Experienced inspection teams and skilled on-site installers are cross-trained to understand the "big picture" as well as the smallest of details.
From the start, we take into account health requirements and safety issues such as material flammability.
A staff member who performs a historical study of the location using photos from the past and work from local artists enhances the selection of furniture, artwork and accessories.

Buying Power
Our volume of work gives us tremendous buying power. With over 300 vendors and national contracts, our economies of scale are extraordinary compared to competitors in the industry, and we pass on these savings to our clients.
